EGGNOG:

A. 1-2 cans of sweet condensed milk

     4-6 eggs yolks

1 tbsp. sugar cane

1 vanilla sugar

500ml  spiced rum

other alternative to add: 1 tbsp. of instant coffee in 1 tbsp. of hot water, or 1 tbsp. of cocoa

Blend together sugar with eggs yolks, later on condensed milk, and then little by little, 500 ml of spiced rum.

B. Pu eggnog into prepared bottles, and refrigerate. Can be served as a drink with ice, in coffee with whipped cream (irish coffee), or on ice cream with chocolate spirals and small fruit like berries, or just to drink itself...

Anonymous hemp seed providers adorn the health food store shelves.  Let us introduce you to one young, passionate, vibrant hemp seed farmer!

Reuben Stone is part of Stone Farms, located in Cobden, Ontario. Last year, he tested out his first 110acres of hemp seed on Renfrew County soil with great success. He grew both pesticide free(only adding nitrogen fertilizer) and certified USDA organic hemp seed.

Last fall, he supplied MAHEM with pesticide free hemp seed through the Purity Hemp processing facility in Peterborough. Since Purity Hemp facilities currently do not meet USDA organic requirements, MAHEM will have to wait a little longer before getting more scrumptious seeds from Stone Farms. If proper facilities are established in Ontario in the near future, you may soon see MAHEM products containing Reuben's certified organic hemp hearts....
